Brand Identity – AV Jennings

While still offering great homes at affordable prices, the AV Jennings brand was in need of a contemporary, aspirational update. The brief was to show a younger target market the diversity of product AV Jennings now offered – a far cry from the cookie-cutter approach of yore. Our branding work focused on a combination of laid-back lifestyle photography, energised slogan and a logo design of variegated green squares, to show the quality and variety of living styles you could experience at an AV Jennings development.
